How does the custom process work?

How long does the custom process take?

The timeline for customs depends on the specific project and various other factors, but this is the timeline we provide to customers at the beginning of a project:
1 week: Discussion of ideas/theme. We want to get to know you and your tastes so we can create something perfectly tailored to you!
1-2 weeks: We’ll make drafts of your suite and send them to you for approval. The price includes up to 4 rounds of revisions (2 rounds of revisions before we add ink and paint and two more rounds when the artwork is finished to adjust color/font, etc.)
1 week: Making revisions.

What are your prices based on?

Everything we do is completely by hand. Our work is very detailed and we devote 100% of our efforts and concentration to create the most beautiful and authentic work possible. our prices reflect the time and effort that goes into our work.
What if I want to create something that I don’t see an option for?

Just ask! The listings on the website are the most commonly requested customs, but we can create (almost) anything!
What if I just want one piece?

We can accommodate smaller projects on a case-by-case basis, depending on our current schedule and availability. Kindly send us an email with your request!
