How does the custom process work?

After your purchase, please send me an email with your ideas for your suite. Please specify any colors, specific elements, icons, layout.

Pinterest boards and other inspiration are highly encouraged.

NOTE: While I welcome inspiration, I will not be copying the work of other artists. I have my own unique style. If you love the work of another artist, I suggest you contact them :)

How long does the custom process take?

The timeline for customs can depend on the specific project and various other factors, but this is the timeline I provide to customers at the beginning of a project:

1 week: Discussion of ideas/theme. I want to get to know you and your tastes so I can create something perfectly tailored to you!

1-2 weeks: I'll make drafts of your suite and send them to you for approval. The price includes up to 4 rounds of revisions (2 rounds of revisions before I add ink and paint and two more rounds when the artwork is finished to adjust color/font, etc.)

1 week: Making revisions.

In a hurry? Please contact me and we can discuss expediting the process for a fee.

Do you print the stationary?

Unfortunately, I don’t print at the moment. Clients receive digital file(s) and they arrange the printing themselves. Most clients find a professional in-person or online printshop.

What if I want to design something that I don’t see an option for on your website?

Just ask! The listings on the website are the most commonly requested customs, but I can create (almost) anything :)
