All artwork, illustrations, designs, watercolor paintings, layout text, and digital templates available on this Site are the sole intellectual property of Katrina Joy Design. They are protected by copyright laws.
* Custom Designs: Katrina Joy Design retains the copyright to all custom illustrations created during the commission process unless a commercial licensing agreement is signed separately.
* No Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting our artwork or design layouts without express written permission.
2. License for Digital Templates
When you purchase an editable wedding or event stationery template, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
* Allowed Use: You may edit and print the template for your personal, one-time wedding or special event.
* Prohibited Use: You may not use our templates to create invitations for other clients, resell the design files, or distribute the templates publicly.
3. Payment and Billing
By submitting your payment information via Stripe, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
* Digital Products: Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads and editable templates, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
* Custom Commissions: Deposits and milestone payments for custom design projects are non-refundable once design work has commenced, as outlined in your individual service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Katrina Joy Design provides the Site, templates, and services on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or website.
